I want to Withdraw my membership. How can I do that?

For the app, you can withdraw from the My Page within the app.
For LINE, you can withdraw by removing the friend registration.

Is there a round-trip discount?

There is no round-trip discount.

How long before boarding can I make a reservation?
A
Reservations can be made up to 20 minutes before boarding.

How far in advance can I book a service?
A
You can reserve services up to one month in advance from the reservation date.

How many tickets can I purchase at once?
A
There is no limit on the number of tickets you can purchase at the same time, but for reservations exceeding 40 people, please contact us as it will be treated as a group reservation.

Can I specify the seat location or type when making a reservation?
A
Seat selection is not available, but the front row of 8 seats is designed as barrier-free seats with spacious legroom. If you wish to use these seats, please inform the staff on the day of travel.

Can infants who board for free sit in a seat?

Yes. We reserve one seat per passenger, so it is perfectly fine for infants who board for free to sit in a seat.

What are the definitions of child and infant categories?
A
Children are from 3 years old to elementary school students, and infants are under 3 years old.

Is there a discount for people with disabilities?
A
Yes. To qualify for the discount, you need to present a physical disability certificate or Mirairo ID. Please note that IC payments with Mirairo ID are not accepted.
The discount applies to the following:
• Holders of a physical disability certificate (Type 1 or Type 2), a rehabilitation certificate (A or B), or a mental disability health and welfare certificate (Grades 1 to 3).
• If accompanied by a caregiver, both the individual and one caregiver (attendant) are eligible for the discount.

3 From Ticket Reservation to Payment

What credit cards can be registered for membership?
A
Supported brands are Visa, Master, JCB, Amex, and Diners.

Can I use payment cards other than credit cards?

Payment cards other than credit cards are not accepted.

At what point is the payment made and the contract established?
A
The contract is considered established after selecting the payment method and agreeing to the terms of purchase.

Can I reserve a service in preference to queuing at the counter?
A
The counter only sells tickets for the next available service. Reservations for subsequent services are accepted online only.

Can I book tickets for others?
A
You can book tickets for others using the transfer function in LINE. You can also make reservations for multiple people, including yourself.

Can I wait for a cancellation?
A
Waiting for cancellations is not possible.

4 Receiving Boarding Tickets

Where do I receive the reserved boarding tickets?
A
Boarding tickets are issued as a QR code after reservation, so there is no need to receive tickets at the counter.
5 Changes and Refunds

I want to change or refund my reservation online.
A
To change a reservation, cancel the current reservation and make a new one. Refunds for purchased boarding tickets can only be done online. The amount after deducting the fee will be refunded to the credit card used for the reservation.

Can I get a refund at the counter instead of online?

Refunds at the counter are not accepted. Refunds can only be done online.

Is there a limit to the number of changes?
A
There is no limit to the number of changes for reserved service.

How long can I make changes to my reservation?
A
Changes to reserved services can be made up to 1 hour before departure.

How long can I request a refund?
A
Refunds for purchased boarding tickets can be made within 180 days from the purchase date.

Is there a fee for refunds?
A
No fee is charged for refunds due to cancellations by the operator, but a fee is charged for refunds due to customer reasons.

Reservation changes are only accepted up to 1 hour before departure. Please make a new reservation for another service.
