Boarding

A QR code issued after purchase is required for boarding.
Reservations for other people’s boarding tickets can only be made using the transfer function in LINE. As a rule, QR codes should not be shared with others, the person who made the reservation should be the one to board.
If you purchase multiple tickets at once, a single QR code will be issued for all passengers to board.

Reservation Cancellation

WEB boarding tickets can be canceled up to 1 hour before departure from the departure point. Please complete the cancellation procedure from your own device.

Flight Cancellation

If the flight is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, the reservation will be automatically canceled and returned to an unreserved state. You will be notified via push notification, so please use other transportation or book another flight.

Flight Change

WEB boarding tickets can be changed on the WEB if there are vacant seats on the desired flight (up to 20 minutes before departure from the departure point). Please complete the change procedure from your own device.

Usage Period

The usage period of the WEB boarding ticket is 180 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Period

The refund period for WEB boarding tickets is 180 days from the date of purchase.

Refund

Tickets transferred through LINE cannot be refunded. Please return them to the original owner before requesting a refund.
Please complete the refund process from your own device.

Refund (Fee)

A fee of 200 yen per ticket type. However, if the WEB ticket is refunded due to cancellation by the operator, no fee will be charged.

Infants and Toddlers

The fare for infants and toddlers under 3 years old, accompanied by an adult, is free. However, for infants and toddlers traveling as part of a group or if more than one infant/toddler is accompanied by a single adult, the fare will be charged at the child fare.

Hand Luggage

Hand luggage is free of charge, and in principle, up to 2 items per person can be brought on board. However, depending on the congestion of the luggage space, we may refuse to accept additional luggage.

Others

Please note that tickets are invalid after the boarding time has passed.
